Yolju Driver Terms of Use

Welcome to Yolju!

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Yolju Driver App (“App”), including creating a driver account, accepting rides, completing trips, and receiving payments. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

1. Driver Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle registration for your region.
1.2 You must meet all insurance and vehicle safety requirements as outlined by Yolju and local regulations.
1.3 You must pass a background check conducted by Yolju.
1.4 You must adhere to Yolju’s driver training and behavior guidelines.

2. Account Creation and Maintenance

2.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your vehicle when creating an account.
2.3 You agree to keep your account information and vehicle details up-to-date.

3. Accepting Rides and Completing Trips

3.1 You agree to accept and complete rides in a professional and courteous manner.
3.2 You agree to follow all traffic laws and regulations during your trips.
3.3 You agree to maintain a clean and smoke-free vehicle environment.
3.4 You agree not to discriminate against passengers based on any protected characteristic.
3.5 You agree to comply with Yolju’s safety policies and procedures. 3.6 You agree to notify Yolju promptly of any accidents, incidents, or damage to your vehicle.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1 You will receive payment for completed trips according to Yolju’s fare structure and deduction of commission.
4.2 You are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees related to your earnings.
4.3 Yolju reserves the right to withhold payments in case of fraudulent activity, violations of these Terms, or disputes with passengers.

5. App Use and Conduct

5.1 You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of accepting and completing rides for passengers.
5.2 You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
5.3 You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the App or any related systems.
5.4 You agree to treat passengers with respect and courtesy.
5.5 You agree not to collect or store personal information about passengers without their consent.
5.6 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Indemnification

6.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Yolju harmless from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

7. Suspension and Termination

7.1 Yolju may suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
7.2 You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a written request to Yolju.

8. Data Privacy

8.1 Yolju collects and uses your personal information as described in the Yolju Driver Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 Yolju may modify these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the amended Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
