These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Yolju mobile application (“App”), including the Client App, Driver App, and Administrator Panel. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
1. User Accounts
1.1 To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for any activities that occur under your account.
1.2 You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when creating an account.
1.3 You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
2. User Conduct
2.1 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or any other server, network, or computer system.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, any related systems or networks, or any server, network, or computer system connected to the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt any other user’s use of the App.
- Create multiple accounts for the same purpose.
- Collect or store personal information about other users unless you have their express consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including a Yolju employee or representative.
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
3. Content
3.1 All content available through the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and video clips, is the property of Yolju or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content from the App without our prior written consent.
4. Disclaimers
4.1 THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
4.2 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR SECURE.
4.3 WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE APP.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
5.2 YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS AGAINST ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, CLAIM, DEMAND, DAMAGES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
6. Changes to Terms
6.1 We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the amended Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

7.1 We may terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

8.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
10. App Store Terms
These Terms are in addition to, and do not supersede, any terms and conditions applicable to your use of the App Store from which you downloaded the App.
